As a mama, wife, and blogger I lead conversations around the ups and downs of life, from practical tips to relatable stories that'll leave you thinking, "hey, I've been there too!"

hello,

Ready to Start that Podcast of Yours?

stay tuned!

Let's take a swing at this together! I'm spilling all of the secrets in my course!

Prenatal Vitamins

I used to take these vitamins and have lots of friends that do. But, I never felt nauseous first trimester but I sure as heck had food/smell aversions. For some reason, these smelled sooo bad to me and I just couldn’t get them down anymore so I switched to these gummy prenatal vitamins and have loved them! Taste like sour patch kids!

Pregnancy Pillow

I haven’t loved using a pillow to be honest – I’m currently sleeping without one on my sides but I’ve had lots of friends recommend this one if you’re needing one!

Water bottle

To keep hydrated, I’ve loved having a water bottle around! I’ve been using this one or this one! It helps to have it and just keep it near, you’d be surprised how much water you subconsciously drink!

Leggings

I haven’t needed a pair of “maternity” leggings yet. I’ve been able to use my high waisted leggings from Fabletics have loved them so much! As long as they’re high waisted and stretchy, I’ve found them to be great!

Maternity Jeans

I bought a pair of maternity jeans from Madewell and one from Target and I have to say: the Target ones take the cake! I know there are so many brands out there but I’ve found these to be great! The Madewell pair, however, really let me down and I ended up returning them.

Melting Body Balm

So helpful for itchy skin! I’ve used it in my stretching places and it has been so great without being sticky. It’s exactly what I needed. The scent isn’t too strong which I really appreciate!

No Underwire Bra

You’ve never known the discomfort of a bra until you’re pregnant. No, really I’ve loved this no-wire bra from True and Co – so very comfortable and supportive! Also, I’ve loved this bra from Soma!

Massager

For the days when my back is a little tired or I just need to treat myself, I’ve looked forward to pulling this heated back massager out! It’s so great, really gets in deep and is heated

Bump App

This app is so cute! It shows you what size your baby is, compares them to your body, educates you on what your body is doing, and gives you fun facts week by week! It helped me feel super connected to baby boy as we’ve gone through this process.

Journal

I love the idea of writing down experiences and journaling my memories. This journal has been so sweet for that! It gives you prompts for all three trimesters and then gives you space to continue filling out information for the next 18 years of their life.
