All About Kenzie…

There’s nothing I love more than gathering people, hosting parties, and eating waffles. Being the “Type-A” kind of girl who loves to plan, I’m always finding new ways to take risks and say yes to as many adventures as I can because I’m finding life is a whole lot more fun that way. I believe in living every day with purpose and seeking to find joy in the simple things. My passion is to see a generation not just talk about revival, but experience it in their every day lives.

A few things we mentioned…

“New Wine” Song


French Press

Sweet Potato Tacos

•3 sweet potato’s  

•1 can of black beans 

•Taco seasoning mix 

•Toppings of choice (I like to use goat cheese, purple cabbage, fresh herbs, lime, and avocado) 


⁃ Sauté’ sweet potatoes in oil until cooked

⁃ Add in black beans and seasoning with a little water

⁃ Top with toppings  

If you have leftover, just scramble some eggs and throw it in the mix and make breakfast tacos!! 

Sweet potato toast:

⁃ Sweet potato 

⁃ Avocado 

⁃ Sprouts 

⁃ Pumpkin seeds 

⁃ Preheat over to 425 

⁃ Coast sweet potato’s with oil and bake for 25 minutes then flip for another 10

⁃ Top with avocado, pumpkin seeds, and sprouts

No bake energy balls

•1 cup oatmeal 

•1/2 cup peanut butter

•1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil 

•1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

•1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

•1 teaspoon vanilla extract, store-bought or

⁃ Melt peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla, cocoa powder, and syrup on low

⁃ Mix in oats and chocolate chips

⁃ Form into balls and freeze
