You’ll leave this episode wanting a mentor – no fear! Susie talks ya through your first steps in finding one! We love Susie, and you will, too!
A few things we mentioned:
First small steps to start with mentorship:
-
Look in your community and find the people you admire and respect in real life and close proximity.
-
Ask them “hey! Do you think you’d have time to go get coffee with me?”
-
If they say “yes,” start by asking them questions about their life.
-
At coffee, start conversation about making this more frequent and admiring their wisdom and input.
