As a mama, wife, and blogger I lead conversations around the ups and downs of life, from practical tips to relatable stories that'll leave you thinking, "hey, I've been there too!"

hello,

Ready to Start that Podcast of Yours?

stay tuned!

Let's take a swing at this together! I'm spilling all of the secrets in my course!

It’s no secret that nursing can be tough! It’s the late nights, the constant hunger, the damage  . But this round I have found some products that I was excited to try again, and a few products that I wish I knew about the first time! I don’t get keep around here, so I’m sharing all of it with you!

A good water bottle to have on hand at all times! I love my Stanley Quencher but I also love the Flip Straw and can use that one in bed because it doesn’t leak! You can use the code RACHEL20 for 20% off Stanley products (excludes quenchers and sale items).

Silverette Cups – the coolest things! They are to be worn when not nursing in your bra to heal any damage and prevent new damage!

Nipple Butter – This nipple butter is amazing because it smells fantastic and is edible for the baby. No need to wipe it off before you nurse! It is extremely conditioning and I love the ingredients.

Nursing Bras – Please don’t go out and buy expensive nursing bras! That’s a bit silly and these on Amazon or so cheap for a big pack! The padding is great, it has snap so you can easily pull it down to nurse, and is also compatible for pumping!

The Hakaa is great for catching let down on the side that you were not nursing from! There is a bit of a learning curve, but it’s so worth it once you figure it out! It is also a great hand pump option.

This silicone ice tray is so neat! Each bar is 1 ounce so once I finish pumping, I pour my milk into this and pop it into the freezer. That way when it is frozen, I am left with 1 ounce bars that are easy to pull out, pre-measured amounts, and heat up for a bottle.
