Mkay, let’s be honest. Unpopular opinion: I hate most Fall decor. The fake bright orange pumpkins, the fake florals, the fabric pumpkins, buffalo check used in a non-tasteful way….I can’t. But I know that I’ve seen tasteful Fall and Halloween decor out there! I know it exists! It can still be fun, still be trendy, neutral or colorful and also be actually cute at the same time. I found some amazing pieces for decor this Autumn from all types of stores, big box to small biz and I’m happy to share a few different looks for your home with you! It’s a good place to start if you’re cringing with me Don’t get me wrong! You should totally have fun with it but I think it’s time to throw away the glittered pumpkins.
Sophisticated Neutral
this one is so lovely! I love the look of neutrals with some bold touches like the skull planter with the soft touches like the wreath and cream pumpkins. With a playful bat mat for your doorstep, you’re all set for the season!
Colorful Boho
If you need a pop of color and don’t love the edginess of the skull planter, try a wooden pumpkin and a colorful wreath like the one above!
Warm and Trendy
This is my personal favorite!! I love the cutie mat, the mix of textures, the terra-cotta pumpkins, with a touch of trendy in the dishtowel. This just says, “welcome inside!”
Playful Eclectic
I love this one if there are kiddos around! The ghost banner would be perfect over the mantle with some colorful pumpkins on top, or in a kid’s bedroom. The ghost platter could hold some sweet treats. You could swap out a piece of art in your home for this pumpkin print!
